Step into the role of Head of Wholesale Fixed & O2 Daisy Technical Products and take full end-to-end ownership of product delivery and performance within our dynamic CTO team.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Product performance: Proven operational experience in the telecoms industry with a clear focus on end to end performance.
  • Technical knowledge: Sound technical background with an understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in driving positive product economic plans; aligning technical capabilities with commercial product strategies.
  • Product Management: Experience in overseeing product lifecycle plans and management of product/technology roadmaps aligned to business goals and customer needs
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead matrix & cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between technical and commercial teams
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management: Proven ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working partnerships at all levels through a collaborative approach. Working closely with customer requirements and translating into technology plans.

  • Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, staying abreast of emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting strategies to changing technical and commercial priorities
  • Strategic thinking: Expertise in driving efficiencies & positive economics through creating innovative and strategic solutions. Sound strategic and objective decision making with balanced consideration of technical and business issues.
