The application process
We've worked hard to remove bias and make every stage of application fair and inclusive. So, you can trust you're being seen for your skills, strengths and motivation, not your background.
The process itself is similar across all of our Graduate Schemes, although dates and deadlines are different for each. We promise you'll always be in the loop about your progress and we'll keep things moving as quickly as we can. We're as keen for you to start this next chapter with us as you are.

A parent's guide to apprenticeships
Moving on from full-time education is a big step. And if you're a parent or guardian, you're going to want to know the young person in your life is heading in the right direction. Here's the intel on everything apprenticeships have to offer, so you can help them decide on the best way to go.
What does an apprenticeship offer?
An apprenticeship combines employment and education. It involves working in a real job, gaining practical experience alongside time away from work to study for a qualification. Plus, apprentices earn a highly competitive salary throughout.

Who can apply to be an apprentice?
Applicants must be over 16 but there are no restrictions other than that. Mostly what we want to see is a genuine enthusiasm for learning and an eagerness to continue studying while working. No one should feel excluded from joining our journey. That's why we've worked hard to create a fair and inclusive application process. So, every candidate can trust they're being seen for their skills, strengths and motivation, not their background.

What can be learnt on an apprenticeship?
More than you could know. Six hours each week will be spent studying towards an apprenticeship qualification. These hours are paid and form part of their working day, so there's no stress trying to fit study around work.
For the rest of the week, our apprentices work within a real-life team, learning skills and expanding their knowledge. Each scheme is built around a structured development programme that makes sure apprentices walk away with a solid mix of specialist and transferable skills.
-
What happens at the end of the apprenticeship?
All our apprentices go on to permanent roles within our business when they complete their scheme. That means no job hunting, CV stress or interview prepping. Many of our apprentices stay within the team and role they've been training in. Others, however, take the opportunity to branch into a different area of our business. Rest assured, we'll work with every apprentice to get them where they want to be.
-
Does doing an apprenticeship affect your earning potential?
Definitely not. Our salaries vary by level, so depending on the scheme an apprentice's starting salary is between £19,000 and £30,000. And there are opportunities to progress throughout. What's more, they don't have to put a penny towards their tuition. We cover it all.
-
What is the application process?
Tests. Interviews. Assessment centres. It might sound scary – but our process is designed to bring out the best in people, not put them under pressure. We keep in touch so candidates feel supported and able to show off their strengths. We have advisors on hand every day. And we can organise web chats to answer any questions you might have.
