As Senior Commercial Transformation Manager, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performing team that delivers measurable commercial outcomes—from cost reduction to margin growth and product profitability. Reporting into the Strategy & Transformation Director, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll collaborate across departments to discover and implement commercial opportunities, question traditional ways of operating, and speed up outcomes. You'll champion urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement—all while guiding a team of project managers and collaborating with senior collaborators.

By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; 

  • Proven experience leading or supporting commercial transformation programmes 
  • Strong commercial competence demonstrated through a history of improving revenue, cost efficiency, or product profitability 
  • Ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) 
  • Demonstrated success managing priorities and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with all interested parties 
The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring; 

  • Experience supporting change adoption and embedding new tools, systems, or processes 
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies 
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery 
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach with experience motivating others 
  • Curiosity, resilience, and the drive to challenge conventional thinking
