Are you ready to play a key role in keeping the wheels turning when the unexpected happens? We're on the lookout for a Business Resilience Manager to lead the charge in safeguarding Tesco Mobile’s operations, ensuring we’re prepared, protected, and able to bounce back – no matter what comes our way.
You’ll take the reins of our Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), making sure it’s robust, compliant, and fully embedded across the business. From supporting risk assessments and continuity planning, to preparing for and responding to disruptions, you’ll be working with teams at all levels to keep resilience at the heart of everything we do.
This role sits within our Security Assurance & Business Resilience Chapter, and you'll be based in our Slough office 2–3 days a week, with the flexibility of hybrid working. Occasional travel to our other locations (Welwyn Garden City or Manchester) may be required to support wider collaboration and training.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrated expertise in business resilience or continuity, with a track record of impact in the field
- Strong understanding of ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems
- Proven ability to design, embed, and maintain effective business continuity plans
- Confident advising and influencing partners across all levels of the organisation
- Hands-on experience with resilience testing, crisis simulations, or incident response planning
We'd also love you to bring;
- Experience working in telecoms, retail, financial services, government, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
- Understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, Ofcom)
- Solid understanding of IT Disaster Recovery and Information Security
- Familiarity with operational resilience principles
- Experience with resilience platforms and reporting KPIs/OKRs
