About the role
Location - London Paddington - Hybrid - 1/2 days in the office
The Platform Promotion and Support team is responsible for the marketing of VMO2’s TV &Entertainment products and services. Briefing key campaigns internally to ensure effective and aligned promotional and marketing activities on our owned, earnt and paid-for media channels. We also lead the promotional inventory on our VMO2’s entertainment & TV services. This includes sourcing, producing, and publishing imagery, videos and copy within the various UI and VMO2 channel environments to enhance our customers’ experiences and optimise our resources.
We collaborate with external Content Partners such as TV networks and internal teams including:
- TV & Entertainment Editorial teams to identify and amplify key TV launches, stunts and offers
- Content Acquisition functions to establish and deliver contractual promotional commitments which drive value for the business
- Senior Leadership supplying key information and updates
- Customer Comms to ensure consistent and cohesive marketing & Promotional activities
- Frontline sales and retention colleagues briefing them on the relevant TV content highlights and hooks to provide the tools to engage and sell to customers
- Retail, supplying our stores with promotional assets for windows and in-store point of sales, to drive customer engagement
- Product Development, identifying, testing and rolling out enhancements to the promotional capability of TV platforms’ user interfaces.
Under the mentorship of the TV Communications Manager, this role is at the heart of the delivery of promotional & marketing activities. This is achieved via the collation, coordination and distribution of information and promotional assets relating to TV products & services. These include briefs, imagery, videos, approvals, insights, reports, campaign plans, Power-Points and roadmaps.
