£25,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE c.£45,000)
Got at least a year’s sales experience and the drive to earn big? If you enjoy talking to people, meeting new customers, and like the sound of taking home £50,000–£70,000 a year with uncapped commission, this could be the role for you.
This is a door-to-door sales role and it’s not for everyone. But if you’re motivated by money, targets, and building your own success, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be out knocking on doors and turning conversations into customers. It’s about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and showing how Virgin Media O2 can make their lives better. You'll be selling to people who may not be expecting you; following up on the leads you create and treating your patch like your own business.

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work 12–8pm shifts
- Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people

- Base salary of £25,000
- Top earners make £50,000-£70,000 with uncapped commission.
