We have an exciting 12-month FTC opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by helping to ensure our products, services, and processes consistently meet quality standards, business requirements, and regulatory obligations.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll play a key role in identifying risks, defects, and opportunities for improvement through quality reviews, testing, and analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll investigate issues, recommend solutions, and support initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.
This role currently requires travel to the Birmingham office 2 days a week but will be increasing to 5 days in the future.

Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks – supported by a culture that prioritises in‑office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week
In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
- Proven experience in an analytical role, with a track record of investigating issues, interpreting data, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Previous experience using data analysis and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to present findings clearly and build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of quality assurance principles, process validation, issue identification, and the importance of maintaining accurate records and robust controls to support business performance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with more than 1 billing system, ideally ICOMS, NRM, Oracle or DISE
