As a Billing & Payments Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely billing while supporting the smooth running of key financial processes. Working within our Finance & Strategy Revenue Operations team, you will focus on delivering high quality outcomes that support both customer experience and business performance.
In this role, you will manage end to end billing activities, including bill audits, financial transactions and communications such as end of contract notifications. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve queries within agreed service levels and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Alongside day to day operations, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support projects that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

• Educated to GCSE standard
• Proven ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Experience using MS Office, including Excel
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data
• Ability to manage high volume workloads while meeting KPIs and SLAs
• Experience in a high volume, target driven, customer centric environment
• Experience using customer management systems
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of billing or financial operations processes
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as Ofcom or SOX
