We’re looking for a Transformation Project Manager to play a key role in delivering a high impact programme focused on unifying and evolving our field operations. You’ll lead critical workstreams that help bring together people, processes and systems into a single, future ready operating model.
This role will see you working at the heart of a complex transformation, collaborating with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and transformation teams to drive meaningful change. You’ll shape delivery plans, manage dependencies and ensure outcomes align to wider programme objectives, while supporting the successful adoption of new ways of working across the business. This is a critical role, where the focus is on delivering successful outcomes, not just delivery milestones!
This role is initially offered on a 12 month FTC basis. Location is flexible but will require regular travel to Reading and/or Paddington.

• Experience of landing a strategic project from ideation through to delivery, including building a business case and gaining buy in from key stakeholders and the wider business
• Experience of assessing the impact of change across people, systems, processes and customer journeys, and building into effective business readiness plans
• Strong project management capability and experience across planning, governance and delivery
• Ability to manage and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and programme reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at multiple levels – with experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience of process mapping and operating model design and implementation. A demonstrable focus on continuous improvement – skilled at identifying opportunities and improvements to processes
Proven experience delivering business transformation, integration or operational change initiatives, with experience leading people through significant organisational or cultural change.
• Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2 or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
• A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and identify improvements
