This is a great opportunity to join our Revenue Operations team and play a key part in supporting a business improvement project. As Cost of Sale Support, you will focus on delivering accurate, timely administrative activity that underpins service quality and operational efficiency, helping ensure we meet our commitments to customers and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with your Team Manager and partner teams to manage data, process orders through third party portals, and proactively identify and resolve issues. You will contribute to continuous improvement by spotting trends, maintaining high data quality, and ensuring all work aligns with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and company processes in a fast paced, hybrid environment based in Birmingham.

Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks – supported by a culture that prioritises in‑office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Good working knowledge of Excel, including tracking and managing data
 • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
 • Ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities
 • Highly organised with the ability to follow structured processes accurately
 • Strong team working skills and ability to collaborate effectively

 • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume administrative environment
