Revenue Assurance Analyst - 6 Month FTC/Secondment

As a Revenue Assurance Analyst at O2 Business, you will play a key role in protecting and maximising revenue by ensuring our billing and revenue processes are accurate, robust, and well controlled. This is a highly analytical role where your insight will directly support confident decision making and help safeguard the financial health of the business.

You will work closely with teams across Finance, IT, Sales and Operations to analyse data, investigate anomalies, and strengthen end to end revenue processes. From identifying revenue leakage to supporting month end activities and continuous improvement, you will be at the heart of how we turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

O2 Business is our new focused, digital‑first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks – supported by a culture that prioritises in‑office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience analysing billing, usage, or financial data to identify discrepancies
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working in revenue assurance, billing, or finance operations
• Confidence working cross functionally with Finance, IT, Sales, and Operations teams
• Experience supporting month end revenue activities
• An interest in process improvement and control design
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
