This is a high‑impact Digital Operations Manager role focused on one core challenge: how we help Digital deliver quicker. You’ll sit at the heart of the function, working closely with the Digital SLT, Directors and Heads of Department to remove blockers, improve how we work and ensure the strategy is delivered at pace.You’ll own the operational rhythm of Digital, from roadmaps and performance to financial oversight and governance. With daily senior leadership exposure, you’ll bring clarity to where work is slowing down, what needs to change, and how we make confident decisions on priorities, spend and delivery.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
• Experience in digital operations, delivery enablement, programme management or business operations within a digital or transformation environment
• Proven ability to identify and remove delivery blockers and improve end‑to‑end processes
• Experience owning roadmaps, performance reporting or delivery frameworks
• Strong financial experience including budget tracking, cost reporting or working closely with Finance
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial information into clear senior leadership updates

• Experience working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment with multiple dependencies
• Confidence operating in a highly visible, Director and SLT‑facing role
• Experience supporting OPEX and CAPEX decision‑making
• A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on pace and simplification
• Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple teams
