In this role, you’ll design and deliver high quality self service BI products, lead hypothesis driven analysis, and partner closely with HR and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor. You’ll work with both curated and newly sourced datasets, ensuring insight is robust, well governed and meaningful. By blending technical capability with deep HR and business understanding, you’ll move beyond reporting metrics to tell compelling stories that drive action and support our wider People strategy.

• Strong analytical capability with experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insight
• Advanced experience designing and delivering interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
• Hands on experience working with large scale HR systems such as Oracle Cloud HCM or a comparable enterprise HRIS
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across functions
• Experience with additional analytics or visualisation tools such as Power Platform or Tableau
• Exposure to data integration, ETL processes or cloud data platforms
• A strong storytelling mindset, using insight to inform decisions rather than just report metrics
• Curiosity and a continuous learning approach to people analytics trends and best practice
• Experience working in large, complex organisations such as telco, tech or similarly scaled environments
- The ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and assess appropriate solutions by applying critical thinking, sound judgement, and data-driven insight.
- The ability to share information clearly and confidently, tailoring messages to different audiences, actively listening, and ensuring understanding through concise and effective communication.
