Working as a Value Manager, you will support the tracking and reporting of value metrics across customer contact transformation initiatives. This role helps ensure that financial and operational targets are met and assists in delivering tangible value to the business.

Working closely with the Senior Value Manager, you will contribute to aligning budgets, resources, and strategic goals while gaining exposure to financial management processes and transformation performance analysis.

The must haves
  • Basic understanding of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Exposure to managing or supporting transformation projects and tracking financial and operational KPIs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with financial systems or tools for budgeting, reporting, or forecasting
  • Proficient in analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends and generate insights.
The other stuff we are looking for

You will be carrying out the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in collaborating with finance and contact leadership teams to align transformation performance with centralized financial reporting.
  • Support the development of financial models for business cases, helping to link transformation projects to strategy delivery
  • Help define and track benefits and costs for initiatives, ensuring proper attribution and avoiding financial double-counting
  • Identify areas to improve resource allocation across transformation initiatives and help the team optimize spending
  • Assist in the preparation of value-based reports for leadership, presenting financial performance, ROI, and the impact of transformation initiatives.
