The role of the Snr Programme Manager is to define, plan, supervise and handle the Programme’s deliverables, ensuring that all projects/workstreams within the programme are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The Programme Manager will identify and mitigate risks, track project performance through key metrics, and implement standard methodologies to drive continuous improvement. By encouraging a collaborative environment and maintaining a focus on quality, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of the programme.
This is an instrumental role as part of relatively new team. You’ll report into the Central Programme Office Lead.
The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity, and be comfortable dealing with fast paced, constantly evolving priorities as part of an impactful team.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Demonstrated ability to manage program deliverables within budgetary, resource and scheduling requirements against defined project milestones and deadlines
- Confident in the use of programme management tools and techniques that are appropriate for the situation, partnered with dynamism and flexibility, in order to achieve the right outcomes
- Experience in a fast-paced e-commerce team
- High competence with Microsoft tools especially on Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to quantify change impact (financial or qualitative)

- Overseeing the delivery of a sophisticated and cross functional project incorporating strategy and technology solutions
- Managing partner expectations throughout the project, ensuring timely escalation as required and providing all parties with visibility of blockers, risks or issues to advise clear next steps
- Facilitating team meetings, such as project planning, status updates, and issue resolution
- Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and tools to improve delivery efficiency and quality
- Supervising the projects progress and identify areas for improvement, such as process optimization or resource allocation
