As a Senior Planning Manager at Virgin Media O2, you’ll be the engine that turns big-picture strategy into real-world delivery. You’ll own and embed the OKR framework, making sure our priorities are crystal clear, measurable, and actionable. Acting as a strategic connector across teams and senior leaders, you’ll bring alignment, drive accountability, and provide the insight needed to make confident decisions. By tracking progress and enabling focus, you’ll ensure our strategic ambitions don’t just stay on paper — they become meaningful, measurable outcomes.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business performance management, or OKR implementation in a complex organisation.
  • Deep understanding of the OKR methodology and its application in agile and high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in planning and performance management tools (e.g., WorkBoard)
  • Experience in a strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation role is desirable
  • Understanding of the telecoms market
