We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Workplace Technology Manager to join us in improving how our employee’s work. Employee satisfaction is important to us and we need you to help us create a great working environment that aligns with our mission and goals.

We’ll look to you to:

  • Work closely with the Director of Digital workplace to develop workplace strategies while working closely with our strategic partners to drive innovation
  • Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve the employee experience
  • Manage a team of 4 who work on the Digital Workplace roadmap to support our business objectives
  • Ensure our workplace technology systems and services run smoothly and securely, with a focus on business continuity
  • Manage program delivery and vendor relationships

The must haves
  • Experience in similar roles where you have a track record of bringing Workplace productivity gains to businesses using best in class technologies
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft365
  • Experience in driving process improvement and automation to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity
  • Experience in On-prem and Cloud systems
  • Previous experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Proven experience in people & team leadership
  • Experience with smart building technologies such as Meeting Room technologies, Audio Visual Technologies and other creative ways to create an impact throughout our workplace
The other stuff we are looking for
  • Technical knowledge of Meta Workplace, Office IT, Jira & more
