Senior Manager - Supply Chain Solutions

About the role

Owning the Supply Chain Solution design and delivery across the end-to-end Supply Chain operations. Partner closely with the collaborators, outsourced partners, and external solution providers, to lead select high priority or complex initiatives, to assess and design supply chain solutions, and to support change to suppliers, operating model, process, and tools aligned with the strategic priorities of the business and supply chain roadmap.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Have an extensive background in Supply Chain as a subject matter expert, preferably in complex demand and channel operations, with an excellent understanding of Supply Chain process, practises, techniques, skills and capabilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply chain management, Logistics, Business management or any related field
• Excellent engagement, communication and presentation skills to handle performance and change with key internal team members and external suppliers
• Shown success in mobilising supply chain change and process improvements
• Able to deal with complex requirements, and take a data driven approach to problem solving and decision making and solution design

We'd also love you to bring;

• Prince 2 and MSP certification preferred
• Proactive ‘can do’ attitude with strong hands-on approach
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethic
• Confirmed project management experience in practice and using methodologies with a focus on large-scale supply chain transformation
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in associated field preferred
