We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Strategy Manager to lead the evolution of our digital experience through data-driven personalisation. This key role will collaborate with Commercial, Digital, and Data teams to drive initiatives that optimise customer experiences and unlock significant business value. With a focus on crafting personalised and engaging digital journeys, you will spearhead projects from ideation to execution, guiding strategic decisions to ensure both business goals and customer needs are met. This is an exciting opportunity to make a substantial impact on how we engage with our customers and shape the future of our digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, data-driven leader with expertise in personalisation and customer experience improvement. You’ll have a deep understanding of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities and experience in leveraging them for impactful digital strategies. Proactive, self-motivated, and a skilled communicator, you will manage projects end-to-end while collaborating seamlessly across teams. In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience working within a Digital Environment and an understanding of multiple areas of Digital (e.g., E-commerce, Traffic, or Performance)
- Proven experience in implementing digital and personalisation strategies and initiatives to enhance customer journeys and drive engagement
- Experience using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and CDP capabilities to personalise customer experiences through data-driven insights
- Proven experience managing complex projects from ideation through to successful execution, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
We'd also love you to bring;
- Proven experience in developing digital strategies
- Proven expertise in value creation and an understanding of how value is generated and sustained within an organisation
