As a Senior Digital Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering standout digital experiences across the acquisition journey. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, you’ll ensure every product and feature meets high standards while supporting a digitally driven commercial strategy. Working within a cross-functional squad, you’ll help create seamless, customer-first journeys that make it easy for customers to engage with us online.
In this fast-paced environment, you’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, balancing evolving priorities while keeping delivery on track. You’ll own and refine the product backlog, contribute to product vision and strategy, and champion continuous improvement through a test-and-learn approach. From driving measurable improvements in customer experience to collaborating across teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering value for both customers and the business.

• Experience working as a Product Owner in a forward-thinking organisation
• Strong experience improving customer experience with a commercial, customer-focused mindset
• Proven ability to work at pace and manage ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
• Experience using a test and learn approach to drive product evolution
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for creating seamless digital experiences
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira
• Experience working with data science products
• Background in digital-first methodologies and modern toolsets
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver consistent customer journeys
