This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key FMCT sales journeys and play a central role in shaping how customers experience and buy across virginmedia.com and o2.co.uk. As a Senior Product Owner, you will turn strategic ambition into tangible product outcomes that drive both customer value and commercial performance. Working at the heart of Digital, you’ll lead agile, cross functional squads to deliver impactful eCommerce capabilities, using data, insight and experimentation to continuously optimise performance. You’ll act as the day to day product leader for your area, influencing senior stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligns to wider portfolio priorities and long term business goals.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
• Proven ownership of product strategy and delivery across Fixed and FMCT products with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading high performing eCommerce agile full stack squads (web and or app)
• Strong track record of owning customer experience outcomes and commercial KPIs
• Demonstrable experience building and delivering product roadmaps within a wider cross functional programme
• Experience driving significant business change through product delivery
