We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in telecommunications and cloud technologies to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Transition Services team. This leadership role involves guiding a team of Business Analysts (BAs) and Transition Managers, driving strategic initiatives, and spearheading business process improvements that align with our digital transformation goals.
As a Senior BA, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product owners, solution architects, engineers, support teams and executive leadership, to define, document, and deliver value-driven solutions across our cloud and telco platforms.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Transition Managers, ensuring high standards of analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams, especially on projects involving telecommunications networks and public & private cloud-based infrastructure/services (e.g., AWS, Azure, SDDC, hybrid environments).
- Develop and maintain BA standards, templates, and best practices, ensuring consistency across all projects
- Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments for large-scale cloud and telco transformation projects.
- Provide consultations with our stakeholders to enable them to understand their goals and help them develop structured plans that allow them to meet the desired outcomes.
- Champion and drive business process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in telecom and cloud technologies, bringing innovative solutions to the business

- Experience leading and mentoring BA teams
- ITSM: Proficient in ITSM principles and their application on the project depending on scope. Experienced in incident management, change management, and continuous improvement for efficient service delivery
- Knowledge of infrastructure including virtualisation, containerisation, and public and private cloud technologies
- Lifecycle Management including platform build, maintenance and retirement.
- Process Improvement
- Experience of Telco Platforms
