This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of the Slough or Welwyn Garden City office.

The Brand and Comms Chapter, sits within the Customer Centre of Excellence, and is accountable for the health of the brand and its critical role in driving the business forward in the long-term. It's responsible for Brand Strategy (Targeting, Positioning, Objectives) Brand communications (across all TTL channels and touchpoints), Brand Reputation (internal and external communications) and Brand Expression (Visual Identity, Motion, Sound, Values and Behaviours.) It's an exciting, fast paced team full of customer first focussed colleagues. The Chapter also collaborate with the Acquisition marketing Chapter amongst others to ensure that our plans and investment drive the best possible outcomes for the brand.

The SOHO campaign expert is a new FTC position, and has end-to-end accountability for all planning and the delivery of SOHO marketing performance to support our commercial ambitions. This role is fully end to end from devising the marcoms and media strategy, through creative development, production to delivery, performance, partnerships and analysis. The role will be based within the Centre of Excellence's Campaigns squad but will work closely with the I Choose Tribe and squads within it, ensuring a cohesive and aligned plan gets delivered to market. We work with some of the very best agencies in the world (BBH London, Mediacom and Tag) but are still a relatively small team, so this is a brilliant opportunity to drive forward a growth area of the business with impact and make a huge difference.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong experience in campaign management (gained either client or agency side) with a focus on b2b, and full funnel activation
  • Understanding of the media landscape, driving channel efficiencies and optimisations
  • Confidence to influence and lead
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience in a mix of brands or range of industries
  • Exposure to Telco/subscription-based business models
  • Exposure to working in an Agile environment
