This is a 6 months Fixed Term Contract opportunity
We are seeking a Product Owner to drive high performance and continuous improvement across our Enterprise Product portfolio. In this role, you will champion clarity, transparency, and alignment, ensuring both the Product team and wider organisation understand our priorities and purpose. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, supporting the development of business cases for new features and capabilities, while motivating teams through a clear vision and strong sense of ownership. Working collaboratively across teams, you will foster an environment where innovation thrives and outcomes are delivered effectively.
You will engage closely with stakeholders, customers, and partners to ensure decisions are grounded in user insight and data. Responsible for building and prioritising the product backlog, you will create well-defined user stories, contribute to agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery teams are set up for success. With a focus on value-driven prioritisation, you will remove obstacles, highlight risks early, and celebrate progress, all while aligning technical solutions to the broader operating model. By maintaining visibility through KPIs and OKRs, you will ensure progress is transparent and outcomes are consistently achieved.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience working as a Product Owner within a digital native/forward-thinking organisation and an ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
- Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution.
- Good understanding of Field Operations’ tools and of analytics where using the data can support in making informed decisions.
- Comfortable with getting to grips with technical capability & understanding of technology behind the experiences your team is creating.
- Demonstrates strategic product vision, focusing on the “why” and “what,” not the “how.”
- Has business process knowledge sufficient to review, prioritise requests from the outset.
