The Pricing Model Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the VMO2s pricing, promotional, and positioning strategy to drive profitability, market competitiveness, and customer value. This role involves developing and maintaining advanced pricing models, analysing market and customer data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure VMO2s products are optimally priced. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities to deliver insights that inform key commercial decisions.

- Demonstrable experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or related analytical roles
- Proficient in pricing tools, financial modelling, and data analysis
- Experience working within a multi-product, multi-brand, high-growth, consumer-facing environment is desirable
- Proven track record in developing and executing pricing and promotional strategies
