This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract opportunity
Join us as a Pricing Manager and take a pivotal role in shaping VMO2’s pricing strategy and overall portfolio performance. You’ll lead the development of pricing strategies, analyse competitor activity, forecast average rates, and evaluate pricing options that maximise value, household penetration, and customer outcomes. Working at the heart of commercial decision‑making, you’ll bring analytical expertise and insight to drive smarter, sharper pricing choices across the organisation.
In this role, you’ll work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Digital teams, influencing everything from new proposition pricing to the creation of dashboards and tools that elevate pricing insight across the business. As part of the Proposition Evolution team, you’ll help shape future pricing structures, forecast revenue impacts, and contribute to a best‑in‑class pricing function that supports both near‑term performance and long‑term commercial strategy. In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experience working in pricing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, paired with a commercially focused mindset.
- The ability to break down complex information and communicate it clearly.
- Experience identifying drivers of business performance and making data‑led commercial decisions.
- A collaborative approach and a track record of effective cross‑functional working.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing a range of internal and external stakeholders.
We'd also love you to bring;
- Experience in forecasting.
- Dashboarding skills, ideally with Tableau.
- Experience working within the mobile industry.
