Please note that this role is a 12 month, fixed term contract opportunity.
The Portfolio Pricing manager will play a critical role in shaping VMO2’s portfolio strategy to maximise value, household penetration, and customer outcomes. This role will focus on optimising VMO2 portfolio development and optimisation of multi-product propositions across Broadband, Mobile, Entertainment, and value-added services, ensuring that the portfolio is competitive, compelling, and aligned with customer demand.
Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Finance and Digital teams, the role will drive the development of bundled offerings that appeal to diverse customer segments, particularly households, while ensuring alignment with wider commercial and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic pricing and portfolio expertise with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, bundled product economics in a subscription business environment.

- Proven ability to manage and optimise portfolios with detailed scenario planning, including P&L impact, household uptake, and churn outcomes
- In-depth understanding of bundling economics and value creation across subscription businesses
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and business acumen
- Confident communicator, able to influence and engage with stakeholders across commercial and product functions
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Collaborative, with a track record of effective cross-functional teamwork
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-product bundling strategies in consumer-facing environments
- Proficiency in financial modelling, scenario planning, and pricing tools
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, household dynamics, and pricing optimisation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to launch and manage bundled offers
- Familiarity with competitive market analysis and consumer insight methodologies
- Track record of delivering measurable improvements in pricing performance, ARPU, or product penetration
