O2 Daisy is looking for a committed People Partner to join our outstanding team in Reading, United Kingdom. This position sits within our Human Resources department and reports directly to the Head of People. It focuses on delivering excellent employee experiences and supporting organisational change across our new B2B business.
A new B2B venture. Since bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together in August, we’ve created a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure we offer a broad portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - to provide the technology that makes every business better.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and UK employment law.
- Proven experience in handling organisational change.
- Ability to build honest, open, and productive relationships with leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong capability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing others.
- A proactive, flexible, and solution-focused mindset.
