We are looking for a Partner GTM lead to join our dynamic Commercial team to support the development of our strategic partnerships. You will collaborate alongside some of the world’s leading technology and media companies, be the driving force of our strategy and help to build an industry differentiated, customer centred suite of products and services that return long-term growth and profitability for our business.
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering go-to-market execution with strategic devices, services, technology and ecosystem partners. The role focuses on translating agreed partnership and GTM strategies into high-quality, market-ready launches and campaigns that drive commercial performance and customer impact.
The Partner Launch Executive works closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Channels, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure partner devices, services and propositions are effectively positioned, launched, and optimised. This role is execution-led, insight-driven, and designed to build future senior GTM leadership capability. - Experience in commercial, strategy, propositions, partnerships, marketing and communication in the technology, telecommunications and/or content & media industries
- Proven experience supporting or delivering go-to-market launches, campaigns, or product introductions
- Demonstrable background working closely with Commercial, Brand, Marketing, Communications, Channels, Supply Chain and Digital teams to deliver end-to-end launches
- Clear understanding of marketing investment decisions (ATL, BTL, digital, retail, partner-funded marketing) and commercial awareness, with exposure to KPIs such as sales, revenue, margin, or attach rates
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally, presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions that deliver positive financial outcomes
- A passion for learning about new technologies, industries and getting in the mind of our customers
- Exposure to partner or vendor management, including co-marketing activity
- Familiarity with devices, IoT, CPE, or connected services portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
- Highly proficient communicator with senior stakeholder presence, able to represent VMO2 at senior levels both internally, in industry and within our partner organisations
- Independent doer. You desire a high level of responsibility and can work with minimal supervision. You are comfortable working in a high-intensity environment.
