This is a 6 month fixed term contract role based in Sheffield, with travel to the Sheffield office expected around 2 days per week.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that PIA build is fully coordinated and supported in all aspects at all stages, from early planning life, through post planning and prebuild liaising with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for all support/administration related queries regarding PIA, ensuring we are compliant with current legislation. Ensuring all correspondence is managed in line with the Data Protection Act & company policies and assisting the wider support functions in achieving service level agreements and agreed KPI’s.
  • Managing your own workloads and prioritising accordingly!
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers and improve liaison and information flow between all parties.
  • Focused on customer delivery and “right first time”.
  • To attend national departmental meetings and partner locations to provide training and support.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience in an administrative role with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Outlook, Excel
  • An understanding of PIA, associated KPIs and contractual obligations.
  • You must be able to work as part of a team and individually, be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and have the capacity to be agile and adaptable to support continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail is essential, as well as the ability to digest and manipulate data, drawing conclusions and generating objective recommendations.

We'd also love you to bring;

  • A basic understanding of relevant and current legislation.
  • Ability to develop and drive relationship building with colleagues and customers (internal/external at all levels) and provide clear and concise communications.
  • Experienced in dealing with contractors and client bodies.
  • Ability to give support and provide training to colleagues
