The purpose of this role is to drive the PAYG P&L forward by developing, testing and scaling new, existing products and propositions to attract prospective customers to join the O2 PAYG mobile brand. These will improve conversions and customer acceptance and ultimately generating customer lifetime value. The role will be taking advantage of advanced analytics, digital interfaces and our evolving propositions and capabilities.
This meaningful role plays an instrumental part of the PAYG mobile category as P&L ownership and accountability is a fundamental element of the role where all the key commercial change is driven from, and a strong network of internal and external collaborators is paramount to success.
You will have the opportunity to learn about mobile and PAYG and also get a lot of autonomy to run PAYG handset P&L independently.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience of working in a Commercial/Product/Marketing environment with exposure to mobile products or propositions
- Strong commercial foresight and delivery focus
- Direct working relationship with 3rd party vendors/organisations

- Strong collaboration, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong delivery skills ensuring action plans are delivered on time and effectively
- Utilise and interpret all relevant data including customer, market data and performance to help drive the strategy with underpinned plans that drive performance
