Lead Enterprise Architect - O2 Business

This role will be office based 5 days a week.

The Lead Enterprise Architect is responsible for overseeing the strategic architecture capability across Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems, with a specific focus on AI and customer digital experience.

The EA will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to define and deliver a cohesive enterprise architecture that supports business outcomes, drives digital transformation, and ensures the adoption of modern digital and AI standards.

The role governs architectural change, ensures alignment with business objectives, and supports the successful delivery of innovative technology to support.

By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks - helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture across IT and telecoms, including Infrastructure & Operations and Business Systems.
• Demonstrable experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, and customer digital experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), delivery methodologies, and governance.
• Degree-level education in a relevant field; TOGAF or equivalent certification required.
• Experience with large-scale, complex projects and technology integrations.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• The EA is expected to champion digital ethics, security, and sustainability in all architectural decisions.
