As an Information Disclosure Officer at Virgin Media O2, you'll play a crucial role in supporting national security and public safety by delivering accurate, timely, and secure data to authorised third parties — including law enforcement agencies.
You'll act as the key contact for external partners, aiding in the coordination of data requests through secure systems while upholding legal and regulatory compliance. In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience collaborating with collaborators, including law enforcement or senior professionals.
- Willingness and availability to participate in an on-call rota (including weekends/public holidays).
We'd also love you to bring;
- Basic understanding of relevant legal frameworks (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act, Investigatory Powers Act).
- Knowledge of data handling and audit requirements.
- Confidence making decisions independently while escalating where needed.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach when identifying and resolving issues.
- Security Clearance (SC) level clearance — or willingness to undergo vetting.
