As the Go-To-Market and Brand Lead, you will be responsible for driving the strategic positioning and successful launch of products in the market, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and alignment. The key aim of this role is to research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new customers. You will build traffic management strategies, to build customer intent and sales conversion through digital levers.

The scope includes but is not limited to: the ability to define channel strategy, GTM channels, audience segmentation, run acquisition experiments; you would likely be accountable for your marketing spend.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Previous experience in a fast paced, direct-to-consumer startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven hands-on expertise in execution & tech of paid social, paid search, a/b testing and landing page builders.
  • Track record of independently managing growth strategy, including proactive handling of experiment pipeline and on-time flawless delivery.
  • Evidence of contribution to a growing, engaging and retaining a thriving community.
  • Experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity and be comfortable dealing with fast-moving, rapidly changing priorities
The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience working as a brand and commercial strategist or in a similar role
  • BSc in Marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and mining
  • Demonstrated success predicting market trends
  • Insatiable curiosity for digging into data and gaining market insights
