Ready to grow your potential? Join us as a Finance Graduate to get hands-on with automation, data and future-ready finance processes. Alongside real responsibility from day one, you'll earn £35,000 plus a £2,000 joining bonus, with salary progression as you study for your CIMA qualification! 

Our graduate scheme lasts three years with three 12-month rotations across a range of Finance departments. During the scheme, you'll focus on broadening your knowledge in different aspects of our Finance operation, building a wider understanding of the business, and contributing to our success. You'll kick off in Management Accounting, building strong business relationships and core accounting skills. You'll also develop future-focused capabilities like value creation, storytelling with data and working with new technologies such as automation, before taking on a role as a Finance Business Partner and finally gaining experience in a more specialist area, such as: - Finance Transformation - Group Reporting & Technical Accounting - Strategy - Capital Allocation & Financial Planning and Analysis.

Experience our portfolio of brands across the UK with your first 12-month rotation based in Bradford, with your second and third rotation in London or Reading.

You must have a 2:1 or above. But it doesn't matter what subject we are more interested in your drive to develop and grow a successful career in Finance.

You'll receive a starting salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 welcome bonus. In addition, we'll provide funding for your CIMA qualification, which will be completed through the established scheme we've developed with you in mind. You'll also receive significant pay progression as you complete each level of the CIMA qualification, with a generous study leave allowance to help you on your journey.
