We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Product and operations specialist with field operations and supply chain capability, to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting the New Product Operations Lead, by assisting with business analysis, requirements gathering, documenting processes, defining ley process metrics and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role will suit an individual who has performed process improvement, business analysis and/or product management/owner roles previously. It requires someone who is able to not only capture but to critically analyse requirements and processes, and challenge where required, to achieve the right outcomes for the customer, the team and the business as a whole.
The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity, and be comfortable dealing with fast-moving, rapidly changing priorities as part of high-performing team.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role driving improvement or change in Field and/or Supply Chain in a digital space
- Tangible evidence of building and developing digital capabilities within customer experience using agile methodologies and tools
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
- Strong evidence of project and product management within customer contact and areas
- Strong evidence of business/process analyst and data management requirements
We'd also love you to bring;
- A go-getter who is self-driven, practical and hands-on, with a growth mindset and start-up mentality
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office Suite, Jira, Miro / Lucid, Figma)
- Experience in process documentation and mapping techniques would be a plus
