Working as a Field Resource Planner, you will ensure that our Residential Customers receive appointment options within agreed SLAs for both Fault and Installation visits. This team is dedicated to optimising utilisation and productivity of our Field-Based Workforce. - Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to swiftly assess information and make informed decisions.
- Experience using InJixo & a strong desire and capability to develop skills to an intermediate/advanced level.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of supporting Consumer Field Operations, including 3rd party contractors.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure that all output and communications from the Resource Planning Team are consistent, professional, and accurate.
- Manage Field Capacity to match Forecasted Workload Demand effectively, overseeing downtime and workforce movements for both In-house and Partner Field-Based teams.
- Accurately reflect the capability and capacity of our Field-Based Workforce in the loading and selling of appointment quotas for each Forecasting Region on every Operational Day.
- Collaborate with Field Managers to ensure precise administration of planned Tech Moves, Holiday scheduling, and overtime usage in the InJixo system.
- Communicate Resource Plans to key steak holders to influence and ensure the execution of all necessary actions.
- Maintain a high level of customer experience by managing and adjusting appointment availability across all service and installation work categories.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Resource Planning Manager to ensure that Short-Range Plans align with and do not contradict Mid-Long Range Plans. Investigate and consider any perceived contradictions for future planning.
