This Executive Assistant role sits at the centre of O2 Business, partnering closely with a senior Executive to enable high-quality decision making and ensure focus is aligned to the most critical business priorities. You will play a key role in shaping agendas, driving progress and ensuring leadership time is invested where it delivers the greatest impact.

This is a highly visible and influential role, going beyond traditional EA support. You will represent the Executive in key forums, proactively manage competing priorities, and act as a trusted advisor across a complex stakeholder landscape. You will bring clarity, pace and structure to executive operations while maintaining strong governance and delivery standards.

Please note: This role is office-based and requires attendance five days per week in our Battersea (London) office.

O2 Business is our new focused, digital‑first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks – supported by a culture that prioritises in‑office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week.
The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Significant experience supporting senior executives or directors in a complex, fast paced environment

• Proven experience operating at Executive or Board level

• Strong business and commercial acumen

• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape priorities

• Ability to work from the office 5 days per week as a minimum requirement

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook

• A professional qualification in Executive Assistant or Business Administration

• Experience in areas such as project management, HR, communications or data analysis

• Experience acting as a coach, mentor or advisor to senior leaders

• A proactive and forward thinking approach with a focus on continuous improvement
