9 - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

As a People Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for our people-focused initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including PBPs, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee experience, to ensure the successful delivery of products that enhance our employees' experience and drive organizational ambition!

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Strong foundation in project-based work and working with large sets of data
  • Experience of HR transformation: employee experience design, engagement and wellbeing development, understanding of human resources practices
  • Research techniques to understand user needs and challenges via Glint / Qualtrics platforms and convert these insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Collecting valuable insights to guide product development decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of people-related products, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Engagement with support engineers, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the development process.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data and metrics for people-related products, providing valuable insights and feedback. Use data and analytics to measure the impact of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement
The other stuff we are looking for

  • Consultancy/HR Project Management Background
  • Track record of effectively delivering large-scale transformation programs in any sector
  • Experience of conflict resolution and driving continual improvement
  • Flexibility of moving between Reading and Paddington offices
