We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Strategy Manager for a 6-month secondment at VMO2.

In the role you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Commercial, Digital, and Data teams to transform strategic goals into practical initiatives. Your duties will involve gathering requirements from various team members, translating them into functional specifications, and effectively implementing them. In addition to project execution, you will contribute significantly to cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

The must haves
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • Experience working within a Digital Environment and an understanding of multiple areas of Digital (e.g., E-commerce, Traffic, or Performance).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or technology-focused environment, with a strong understanding of dynamic/postcode pricing or similar strategies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
  • Interpret architecture documentation to help sense check solutions and identify key dependencies/better ways of executing.
  • Ensure deliveries match requirements (or understand why they don’t), robustly challenging where needed, so that we deliver the best we can for our customers.
