This is a great opportunity to join our Company Secretariat team in the General Counsel's Office as a Corporate Administrative Assistant, supporting the governance and statutory obligations of Virgin Media O2. This role plays a vital part in keeping our corporate records accurate, compliant and up to date, while working closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team at the heart of the business.
In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support across a wide range of company secretarial activities. You’ll help manage corporate records for over 140 companies, support board and audit processes, maintain entity data and ensure filings and approvals are completed accurately and on time. There is real scope to learn and build experience in governance and company secretarial work, alongside a strong foundation of core administrative responsibilities.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience.
- Experience supporting a busy team in an administrative or assistant role
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with important or sensitive documentation
- Ability to organise, maintain and follow processes accurately
- Confidence working independently while managing multiple tasks at pace
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
We'd also love you to bring;
- An interest in company secretarial, governance or regulatory work
- A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starting approach
- Confidence liaising with collaborators such as EAs, auditors and external providers
- Happy working in a hybrid environment and attending the office at least twice a week when required
