The Commercial Transformation Project Manager position presents a distinctive chance to propel impactful initiatives that improve product profitability, lower costs, and hasten revenue growth. Within our Strategy & Transformation department, you'll be at the forefront of accomplishing our commercial strategy through innovative project management.

By bringing Virgin Media O2 Business and Daisy together, we’re creating a focused, digital-first B2B business serving customers across small, medium and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next generation fixed and mobile infrastructure the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best-in-class solutions - including cloud-based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings and 5G private networks – helping us win more business and better serve our customers.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience: 

  • Proven track record in supporting commercial transformation initiatives and contributing value to team accomplishments.
  • Good understanding of how business results link to product profitability, cost savings, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage smaller projects or workstreams that deliver clear outcomes, turning objectives into practical plans within set timelines.
  • Comfort working with commercial performance data and using tools such as Excel (and ideally Power BI or Tableau) to build reports that support decision-making.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach — able to coordinate across teams, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving.

  • Awareness of key factors that drive revenue, costs, and margins, and ability to spot opportunities to improve business performance with data insights.
  • Open to questioning existing processes in a constructive way and suggesting improvements to help projects move forward.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to focus on the most important issues that make a difference.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and simplifying complex topics into clear, practical outputs.
  • Great teammate who contributes to fostering a positive, collaborative culture with a focus on results.
