You’ll complete three 8-month rotations across Consumer Strategy & Insights, Digital, and Commercial, giving you a comprehensive view of how our Commercial team drives value for our customers. This role involves a steep learning curve as you rotate between different areas. You'll need to adapt quickly to new teams, processes, and priorities. This exposure is precisely what makes the program valuable for long-term career development. Day-to-day responsibilities you could get involved in include:
* Analyse dashboards to uncover customer insights and spot trends that shape digital experiences
* Support test-and-learn experiments by trialling website and app changes to drive continuous improvement
* Research emerging trends and present insights to the wider team, at various levels across the business
* Monitor competitor activity and contribute fresh ideas to enhance product offerings and sales

A 2:1 or above is required to be eligible for this scheme, but it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than specific qualifications.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who care about delivering real value to customers, are keen to take the initiative, and bring a fresh way of thinking. Curiosity, creativity, and a customer-first approach are key. It’s all about spotting opportunities others might miss and thinking differently about challenges. Commercial awareness is important, but we don’t expect you to know it all from day one. That's why we’ll support you with the right training and real-world experience to help you grow. Other qualities we’d love to see include:
* Good commercial awareness or a desire to develop it through practical experience
* Good understanding of the Microsoft office suite
* Comfortable working with data and keen to develop storytelling skills
* Presentation skills are a plus, especially for sharing ideas and insights
Through structured rotations across key commercial areas, you'll gain valuable perspective on how we operate, while developing transferable skills that will position you well for exciting future opportunities within commercial. With support from mentors, scheme leads, and fellow graduates across departments, you’ll build the skills you need to thrive. You’ll receive a starting salary of £35,000 plus a £2,000 welcome bonus.
