We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to help shape and elevate the Virgin Media Business partner ecosystem. If you’re passionate about creating impactful partner experiences, building strong marketing assets, and delivering stand‑out events, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact in a growing, fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and delivery of partner‑facing marketing activity that strengthens partner engagement and supports commercial goals. You’ll translate partner needs into clear, effective marketing campaigns, events, and collateral—ensuring consistent brand representation and measurable results.

You’ll take ownership of the annual Partner Event, managing everything from strategy and content to logistics and evaluation. Alongside this, you’ll run a calendar of partner engagement and hospitality events and support internal events for partner‑facing teams.

Collaboration is central to this role- you’ll work closely with brand, campaign, product, digital, sales and channel teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure activity is aligned and executed to a high standard. You’ll define and track KPIs to measure the impact of channel marketing, reporting insights and identifying ways to improve performance.

The must haves
  • Proven experience in channel, partner or B2B marketing roles, ideally within a partner-led or indirect sales environment. 
  • Strong experience planning and delivering events, including large-scale partner events and hospitality programmes.
  • Demonstrable experience creating partner-facing marketing collateral and enablement assets. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Commercially minded with previous success in a role aligning marketing activity to partner and business outcomes. 
  • Proven ability to quickly understand complex products and propositions and translate them into partner-ready materials. 
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing or business.

  • Experience with CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms and asset management tools is desirable.
