CI Value Creation Lead

Working as a CI Value Creation Lead, you will own the Value Tracking and business cases for CI. You will engage with the Central VCO and sets principles of business casing for the squads aswell as managing full business cases for CI as a function. 

The CI Value Creation Lead will engage with finance, reports to SLT, and works with Insight Leads on OKRs. You will also provide SME support for Value Hunters and Data Analysts when managing value-tracking and opportunities.

• At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on customer contact and service operations.
• Experience in role related to Business Intelligence, Insights or Operational/Customer Reporting.
• Background in commercial functions with proven experience with business-casing and value-tracking.
• Exposure to customer experience improvement initiatives and applying emerging technologies to drive operational success.
• Strong background in communicating complex problems to those in leadership roles.

You will be carrying out the key responsibilities:

• Establish VCO principles within CI. Including ownership of tracking documents, ensuring value requirements are met at each stage gate and that initiative tracking follows control / base lining principles.
• Own central business cases for the CI Function and supports Insights analysts in creation of individual business cases at a initiative / squad level.
• Build of dashboards in TableauQA for Value reporting build by Insights Analysts
• Work with Value hunters and Insights leads to bring initiative stories to SLT, Partners and broader business.
• Works closely with the CI Lead and CI Insights Lead to create and track OKRs, helping monitor the overall CI performance.
