Make things happen As an apprentice, you’ll dive into the heart of mobile network operations, working closely with our engineering and business teams. You’ll support crucial projects, analyse performance data, and help streamline our access network processes to ensure millions of users stay seamlessly connected. Day-to-day, you could be: *Unearthing valuable insights from network data, planning and delivery of our mobile network, tracking performance metrics, and creating reports that drive smarter decisions. *Collaborating with engineering experts to identify trends, optimize network capacity, and enhance user experiences. *Playing an active role in improving workflows and enhancing operational efficiency across our Access Engineering team. *Being the bridge between business and technical teams, translating data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

It’s important you can communicate effectively, as you’ll be collaborating with teams across the business. We’d also like to see good attention to detail. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be able to develop real experience in the world of telecommunications. You’ll be learning from the best, experiencing invaluable training and mentorship, empowering you to develop skills in data analytics, process improvement, and project management. Enjoy a starting salary of £30,000 with the opportunity to increase at 12-months to £33,000. Final salaries start from £40,000 upon successful completion. You’ll also be working towards a level 4 business analyst apprenticeship during your time on the scheme.
