As the Brand, Content, and Copy Chapter Lead you will shape Tesco Mobile’s brand strategy and help it reach new heights. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of brand management, as well as setting up a proof-of-concept in-house studio, crafting content that connects with our customers across every touchpoint. In this role, you will also lead the Chapter’s craft, capability, and mastery, supporting seamless content delivery across channels.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Significant experience in brand management (client or agency)
- Proven track record of managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Expertise in brand governance, brand standards development and tone of voice
- Effective collaborator with strong influencing skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment with strong stakeholder experience.
We'd also love you to bring:
- Creative judgment combined with analytical thinking
- Experience across a variety of brands or industries
- Exposure to Telco/subscription-based business models
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working effectively with both internal teams and external agencies
