B2B Automation Engineer

We have a great new role for a B2B Automation Engineer to join our Service & Platform Team.

This is a key role to maintain and support the development and test environments used by Product Engineering, with the use of automation, data analytics and AI.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

• Automate the deployment of environments using various technologies e.g. VMware, CloudShell, Ansible, Redhat Openshift and Jenkins
• Maintain Gitlab for version control
• Automate tests
• Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, and maintain applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems
• Contribute to documentation and internal tools
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies
• Troubleshoot any issues with physical and virtual environments

• Experienced in a programming language eg Python (preferred) or Java or Javascript
• Experience using Load test tool e.g. ixia, spirent
• Experience using version control e.g. Git
• Docker, Terraform 

• Experience with Cisco CPE, NTUs, Linux
• Redhat Openshift
