Intern Schemes

Get hands-on experience in our Finance Business Partnering teams during our 13-month Industrial Placement. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, enjoying opportunities to support real projects and solve problems using your own logic and initiative. You’ll also see how we use data to guide decisions and drive innovation across Finance. By the end, you’ll have new skills, advanced knowledge and the confidence to excel in your final year.

During this industrial placement, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to complete a Finance Leadership Programme (FLP) with CIMA, completely funded by Virgin Media O2. Through an online platform, you’ll be able to expand baseline finance knowledge. If you are successful in securing a place on our Finance Graduate scheme, you’ll also be set up with exemptions from the CIMA qualification.

You must have a predicted 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in passion to develop and grow a successful career in Finance. A desire to route your finance career towards a CIMA qualification is preferred as this will help align you to joining our graduate scheme after you complete your degree.

Develop your technical and personal skills, while getting hands-on experience with teams across our Technology function. By the end of the internship, you’ll have brand new skills, advanced knowledge and loads more confidence – all helping you power through the final year of university.

We operate a hybrid working environment, aiming for a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with strong emphasis on maintaining flexibility based on our dynamic business needs.

You must have a predicted 2:1 or above in a STEM or IT-related subject area. We’re particularly interested in individuals from subjects such as Data, Automation & Cloud, Computing and Engineering.
