We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Product and operations specialist with field operations and supply chain capability, to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting the New Product Operations Lead, by assisting with business analysis, requirements gathering, documenting processes, defining ley process metrics and establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This role will suit an individual who has performed process improvement, business analysis and/or product management/owner roles previously. It requires someone who is able to not only capture but to critically analyse requirements and processes, and challenge where required, to achieve the right outcomes for the customer, the team and the business as a whole.
The successful candidate must evidence experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity, and be comfortable dealing with fast-moving, rapidly changing priorities as part of high-performing team.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a process or product role driving digital and technical initiatives, process improvement or change projects in Supply Chain and field operations.
- Demonstrable experience with tangible evidence of Supply chain design, development of capabilities within supply chain and logistics operations using agile methodologies and digital tools
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
- Strong evidence of business/process mapping, capability analysing and data analytics and process management. With experience in use of digital tools for process mapping and requirements management including – JIRA, MIRO or other related tools
- Strong evidence of Product and Technical project management within supply chain, and logistics and field operations. The ideal candidate would also have experience of the above in a Field Operations context but as a minimum, must be able to demonstrate an ability to quickly learn this domain to design capabilities, execute process change and improvements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software (e.g. MS Office Suite, Jira, Miro / Lucid, Figma)
- Experience in process documentation and mapping techniques would be a plus
